Avid to share her love for sailing, Lauren joins us this year as HYC’sOpti Race Team Coach. As a young Opti racer, Lauren placed 5th overall and 1st female at the Canadian Optimist championships, competed in the European Championship in Sweden, and qualified for the World Opti Championship in Spain. As a member of the Quebec sailing team, Lauren’s list of accomplishments is impressive, and we are excited to bring her enthusiasm and experience to our growing Opti Race Team.
